The following information is important and it will affect all those affiliates that have made and are making deposits into I-payout via Solid Trust Pay.
While we were doing our system audit this month, we discovered that all the people that have made deposits via I-payout using Solid trust Pay (STP), were not charged the STP fees and they were given full credit for their deposits minus the I-payout fee.
What this means is that quite a few of our affiliates got credit in their I-payout and welath4allteam e-wallets that were higher than what they should have had had those fees been charged correctly. There are two important points below that explain how we are going to remediate and fix this situation as follows:
1.- Effective IMMEDIATELY, anyone doing deposits into wealth4allteam from I-payout via STP will be charged the correct fees of 2.6% + $ .40 cents per transaction along with the I-payout fees. Again, this goes into effect IMMEDIATELY.
2.- For those people that made deposits using STP via I-payout and did not get charged the fees, we are right now compiling a list of those deposits and we will be assessing those fees directly from those affiliates back office e-wallets in wealth4allteam.com. Some of you may end up with a negative balance for a while as your earnings pay for the fees while others will just see a reduction of what is available in your back office.
Please do not call or open tickets in regards to this issue as we are using this email to inform you of the situation and it should not be a surprise to anyone. It is actually very simple, if you made deposits using STP, you will see a reduction of your available balance or even a negative amount if there is not enough money in your balance to pay for the fees.
It is a shame that it has taken this long to find this problem through one of our audits instead of hearing from our own affiliate base as it was quite clear and simple to see that the right amount of fees was not being charged to their accounts and yet, no one volunteered the information.
Unfortunately, we are not in the business of giving away money so the fees must be charged to the correct affiliates that made those deposits and we will be ready to do that sometime this week. When we are ready to do so, we will send another email with exact date and time so that you can review your back office before and after if necessary.
Please be on the lookout for that communication, but again, any deposits going forward and effective IMMEDIATELY, will be charged the correct fees.
Sincerely,
Wealth4allteam Management
